Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in day-to-day Guest Services and event operations. 
  • Responsibilities include assisting in the administration and management of Target Field Event staff, including training, recognition, communications, and support. 
  • Assist in general ballpark management and event set up.
  • Coordinate operations of Guest Services booths, as well as operations of some corporate activation elements. 
  • Coordinates Target Field lost and found. 
  • Extensive employee and customer involvement.  
Required Experience and Education: 
  • College student or recent college graduate. 
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Must have previous customer service, supervisory, and leadership experience. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. 
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as required by deadlines and event scheduling. 
  • Passionate for facility and event operations. 
 
Time Commitment: February 2026 - October 2026. 
Hours: 40 hours/week; all home games are required. 
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
