Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Concept and create engaging content for all Twins stakeholders across different media channels (social media, TV broadcast, in-stadium, website, paid digital, publication layout and internal department needs). 
  • Work within established core brand guidelines to produce cohesive content for all departments within the organization. 
  • Manage multiple projects in a timely manner and communicate with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and project objectives are met. 
  • Execute high quality design files and package deliverables for production. 
  • Participate in brainstorming/conceptual discussions to share new content ideas and perspectives. 
Required Experience and Education: 
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.  
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, working knowledge of InDesign or animation is a plus. 
  • A portfolio showcasing design work throughout a range of medias and sizes. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn. 
  • Good communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to execute high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to accept critique/feedback from peers and stakeholders. 
 
Time Commitment: January 2026 - October 2026. 
Hours: 40 hours/week. 
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
