Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Help plan and execute email newsletters, ticket guides, and other email marketing initiatives.
- Write and edit push notifications and text messages promoting ticket sales, event activations, theme nights and more.
- Assist with campaign analysis across digital marketing and promotions channels including building reporting decks and presentations for internal use.
- Coordinate and execute various in and out of stadium fan engagement initiatives - including theme night activations, giveaways, promotions and more.
- Manage the continued development, implementation, execution, and day to day engagement of TC Sluggers Kids Club and Armed Forces Flag Raising Program.
Required Experience and Education:
- College student or recent college graduate. Preferably studying communications, business marketing, or a related field.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to own projects from start to finish and communicate project updates.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience assisting or managing live events (does not have to be in-game entertainment, but events experience is desired).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Creative writing experience (example: headlines or subject lines - professional or classroom experience).
Time Commitment: January 2026 - October 2026.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
