Intern, Community Engagement - Youth Baseball & Softball

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in the coordination and execution of the Minnesota Twins youth engagement initiatives including, but not limited to, RBI Baseball and Softball, Twins Baseball camps, Minnesota Twins Community Fund instructional clinics and events, and Major League Baseball programs.
- Support the Community Engagement department with game day activations, special events, inclusion events, Twins Community Fund events, social media storytelling, in-kind giving fulfillment, family relations, and other duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Education:
- College student or recent college graduate.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Possess knowledge of the games of baseball and softball.
- Ability to instruct baseball and softball fundamentals at a basic and/or advanced level.
- Strong computer, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about youth development and interest in community impact.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays, and/or all home games as needed.
- Ability to interact professionally with current players and alumni.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Valid driver's license and comfortable driving in the Twin Cities metro area.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Time Commitment: April 2026 - October 2026.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
