Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of Minnesota Twins Community Fund fundraising events and initiatives including but not limited to TwinsFest, Broadcast Auction, and other auctions.
  • Manage Minnesota Twins charitable giving initiatives including ticket donation programs and in-kind giving.
  • Support Family Relations programming.
  • Support the Community Engagement department with game day activations, special events, inclusion events, Twins Community Fund events, social media storytelling, in-kind giving fulfillment, family relations, and other duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Education: 
  • College student or recent college graduate. 
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Strong computer, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about community impact.
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and/or all home games as needed.
  • Interest in community engagement and nonprofit work.
  • Ability to interact professionally with current players and alumni.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Valid driver's license and comfortable driving in the Twin Cities metro area. 
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. 
 
Time Commitment: February 2026 - October 2026. 
Hours: 40 hours/week. 
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
