Intern, Community Engagement - MTCF Fundraising & Charitable Giving

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in the coordination and execution of Minnesota Twins Community Fund fundraising events and initiatives including but not limited to TwinsFest, Broadcast Auction, and other auctions.
- Manage Minnesota Twins charitable giving initiatives including ticket donation programs and in-kind giving.
- Support Family Relations programming.
- Support the Community Engagement department with game day activations, special events, inclusion events, Twins Community Fund events, social media storytelling, in-kind giving fulfillment, family relations, and other duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Education:
- College student or recent college graduate.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong computer, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about community impact.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and/or all home games as needed.
- Interest in community engagement and nonprofit work.
- Ability to interact professionally with current players and alumni.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Valid driver's license and comfortable driving in the Twin Cities metro area.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Time Commitment: February 2026 - October 2026.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
