Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gain hands-on experience supporting business analytics, revenue management, strategy, data science, and fan insights for the Minnesota Twins.
  • Contribute to projects including business intelligence, forecasting, pricing, data visualization, strategy development, opportunity assessments, market research, fan insights, benchmarking, and planning.
  • Use programming (Python or R), SQL, data visualization platforms, and analytical tools to solve real-world business problems and create impactful presentations, recommendations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Strategy & Analytics team and cross-functional partners from a variety of business verticals.
Required Experience and Education: 
  • College student or recent college graduate. 
  • Coursework or practical experience in data science, analytics, statistics, mathematics, business administration, corporate strategy, or research methodologies.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Experience and/or proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling; experience with SQL and data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite is required.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • General understanding of sales operations, event ticketing, and market/fan research. 
 
Time Commitment: February 2026 - October 2026.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
