Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Assist in facility and event security operations.
- Assist in the administration and management of Target Field security staff, including training, recognition, support, and communications.
- Assist in security administration, including incident documentation, staff credentialing, equipment testing and validation, and other duties.
- Assist in activities related to incident investigation utilizing electronic security assets.
- Extensive employee and customer service involvement.
Required Experience and Education:
- College student or recent college graduate.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Previous security, supervisory, and leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as required by deadlines and event scheduling.
- Interested in a career in security and/or law enforcement.
Time Commitment: March 2026 - October 2026.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
