Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Assist in facility and event security operations.
  • Assist in the administration and management of Target Field security staff, including training, recognition, support, and communications.
  • Assist in security administration, including incident documentation, staff credentialing, equipment testing and validation, and other duties.
  • Assist in activities related to incident investigation utilizing electronic security assets.
  • Extensive employee and customer service involvement.
Required Experience and Education: 
  • College student or recent college graduate. 
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Previous security, supervisory, and leadership experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as required by deadlines and event scheduling.
  • Interested in a career in security and/or law enforcement.
 
Time Commitment: March 2026 - October 2026. 
Hours: 40 hours/week. 
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
