Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Assist with the daily operations of the Twins' Player Development Academy, Off-Season Camps, Major League Spring Training, Minor League Spring Training and the Florida Complex League.
- Assist with check-in and check-out of players in the academy including rooming list oversight and communication of arrivals and departures.
- Oversee players residing in the Academy and assist in resolving issues and requests as needed. This includes but is not limited to, assistance in setting up bank accounts, Social Security cards and assisting players with filling out benefits and payroll documentation.
- Transport players and staff to and from the airport and various appointments.
- Track all packages delivered to the complex and distribute to the proper location.
- Ensure proper maintenance of vehicles (service, refueling, etc.)
- Support various departments within Player Development to ensure players and staff needs are met on a daily basis. Departments this role would assist from time to time include but are not limited to Player Education, Nutrition, Athletic Training, Stadium & Ticket Operations.
Required Experience and Education:
- College student or recent college graduate.
- Valid driver's license.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be willing to relocate to Fort Myers, Florida for the baseball season.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as required by deadlines and event scheduling.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 1 year of baseball operations experience at either the MLB or MiLB level.
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand for extended periods of time.
- Work in a seated position for an extended period of time.
- Able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times.
Time Commitment: January 2026 - November 2026.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
Location: Fort Myers, Florida
