Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Baseball Technology, Advance Scouting, Baseball Research and Development, Major League Coaching Staff, and other Baseball Operations personnel by operating and maintaining various baseball technologies. 
  • Use tools to collect video and data that provide feedback on both Twins and other organization's Major League players. 
Required Experience and Education: 
  • College student or recent college graduate. 
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Solid understanding of baseball. 
  • Excellent computer and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required. 
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Familiarity with baseball technology such as ball tracking systems (e.g., Hawk-Eye, Trackman, Rapsodo) and training tools (e.g., Blast, Hittrax). 
  • Knowledge of baseball statistics that relate to the systems above. 
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). 
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
 
Time Commitment: March 2026 - October 2026. 
Hours: 40 hours/week. 
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
