Overview

As part of the Milwaukee Brewers, the Intern - Field/Event Security will assist security personnel and support security procedures to maintain a safe environment for all employees, players, umpires, and guests at American Family Fields of Phoenix.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Assist Director of Security in the training and briefing of daily support staff including, but not limited to, Security, Parking Attendants, Ushers and Overnight Patrol officers.
• Assist Director of Security in the performance of ongoing analysis of threats and security risks to include participating in risk-based security assessments & inspections to mitigate safety and security issues.
• Assist in the visitor and MLB credential screening process. 

The ideal candidate will have one year of experience in event operations and experience of, or interest in Criminal Justice studies. Preferred but not required.
