Overview
As part of Player Development, the Assistant – Minor League Equipment and Clubhouse Operations will provide essential support to the Minor League Equipment Department and assists with day-to-day equipment management and clubhouse operations support. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient support for players and staff throughout the season.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in clubhouse management, as well as the ability to multitask and be organized and detail oriented. Spanish speaking preferred.
