The Lake County Captains are looking to add personable and dependable individuals to their suite attendant staff for the upcoming season. Suite attendants are responsible for delivering exceptional service to suite guests, including food and beverage service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment throughout the game. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven setting. The Lake County Captains are a Minor League Baseball team in Eastlake, Ohio, that plays in the Midwest League as the High-A affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Sets up assigned areas prior to event, to ensure proper items are in place, in accordance with company procedures, checks suite for cleanliness, corrects any cleanliness or sanitary issues
- Verifies and sets-up all food items and utensils
- Replenishes food, condiments and utensils as needed
- Maintains standard of orderliness and cleanliness of area throughout the event
- Serves guests until the end of the required time, frequently checks back with suite client in order to fulfill client expectations and to up-sell any products during event.
- Clears all items from the area and cleans all surfaces following event
- Re-sets cleans, and re-stocks area for next function
- Completes closing functions and checks out with supervisor
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to bartend is highly preferred
