The Lake County Captains are looking to add enthusiastic and reliable individuals to their picnic staff for the upcoming season. Picnic staff members help set up, serve, and break down group picnic areas while ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and enjoyable game-day experience. Ideal candidates are friendly, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Lake County Captains are a Minor League Baseball team in Eastlake, Ohio, that plays in the Midwest League as the High-A affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and quick service for all guests
- Set up equipment and supplies in picnic and hospitality area
- Maintain the cleanliness of the picnic and hospitality area
- Ensure that the guests’ menu is properly served at the designated time
- Effectively work with other Picnic Attendants, Catering Supervisor, and Director of Food & Beverage
- Provide superior guest service
- Take pride as a Picnic Attendants - greet guests, resolve issues, answer guest questions, etc.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to perform assigned tasks promptly and with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or catering experience preferred
- Possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Must work flexible hours that include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Compensation: $11/hr plus gratuity
