Mascot Performer
Join the Lake County Captains as our mascot performer, where you'll bring energy, creativity, and fun to every game and event. As the face of our team, you'll help create unforgettable memories for fans both at the ballpark and in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring our beloved mascot to life through high-energy performances that captivate and entertain audiences.
- Execute planned routines, dances, and interactive skits to engage fans of all ages.
- Create memorable experiences by interacting warmly and enthusiastically with fans.
- Represent the Lake County Captains at games, community events, parades, and promotional appearances.
- Participate in on-field promotions, activities, and events during game breaks.
- Collaborate with the promotions team and game day staff to elevate the fan experience.
- Adapt to schedule changes or on-the-fly adjustments with a positive attitude.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the promotions or events team.
Qualifications:
- Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for entertaining.
- Comfortable performing and engaging with large crowds.
- Ability to dance, move animatedly, and perform in a lively manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
Requirements:
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
- Physical stamina to perform in a mascot costume for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Prior mascot or performance experience is a plus—but don’t worry if you’re new! Our mascot team is excited to teach and guide you to be the best in the business.
