The Lake County Captains are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to enhance our social media presence and ballpark presentation with bold, high-quality visuals. Join the top social media team in Minor League Baseball, where you'll have the opportunity to design everything from game-day social media graphics to promotional marketing materials and in-stadium signage!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and develop creative assets aligned with our brand.
  • Assist in website graphics and banners for digital platforms.
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
  • Support the design team in editing and revising existing projects based on feedback.
  • Research design trends and contribute fresh ideas to keep our visual presence modern and effective.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including examples of digital and print design (please email link or file to [email protected]).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for creativity and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
