Game Day Promotions Assistant
The Lake County Captains are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated intern to assist with Game Day Promotions during the 2026 baseball season. This position provides hands-on experience in fan engagement, in-game entertainment, and game day operations while helping create a fun and exciting atmosphere for fans at Classic Auto Group Park.
This internship offers valuable exposure to the behind-the-scenes operations of a Minor League Baseball team, with a primary focus on in-game entertainment and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
Game Day Promotions
- Assist with in-game promotions, contests, and fan activities throughout home games.
- Work with the in-game host, mascot, and production staff to execute engaging entertainment segments.
- Help organize and execute fan experiences such as giveaways, first pitches, theme nights, and on-field contests.
- Support efforts to create a high-energy, positive atmosphere for fans during home games.
- Coordinate with game day staff to ensure promotional activities run smoothly.
- Distribute promotional items and assist fans with questions during games and events.
- Help with setup and breakdown of promotional materials and on-field activities.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live event environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions during games and events.
