Sales Duties:
- Achieve KPI metrics of (minimum) 60 calls per day, 5 meetings set per week, 3 meeting completed per week
- Be an active member of the sales team by being involved in the sale of all season ticket packages and group packages.
- Aggressively identify new business development and sales meetings with prospective accounts.
- Prepare creative ideas to share with the ticket sales team to achieve sales success
- Facilitate ticket sales transactions at the Box Office at all games; prior experience in TDC is a huge plus
- Be a leader amongst the full time team as well as group of interns helping with whatever is needed
- Maintain a consistent and robust pipeline of prospective accounts.
- Perform daily updates to the company sales database to ensure accurate record keeping and maintain an accurate database of all sold accounts and current/potential leads.
- Exhibit a willingness to attend events outside of normal business hours in an effort to grow personal and departmental business.
- Understand and properly execute the sales process for booking ticket accounts, including processing payments, tickets paperwork.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Identify opportunities to create improved efficiencies in selling and processing ticket sales.
- Perform other duties set forth by the Sales Director and or GM.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a group
