Description
This position is designed to give students the opportunity to gain hands on experience in ticket sales and customer service with a Minor League Baseball front office. The  Beloit Sky Carp hope to provide each intern valuable learning experience while the college or university course requirements are met. Interns are unpaid students and they must be part of a college / university program or course.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (with an emphasis on education)
• Utilize ProVenue software to sell tickets for games and events, as well as full-season plans and group outings for the Beloit Snappers
• Pitch ticket packages via in-stadium tours, outside appointments, and phone prospecting
• Attend community events to sell full menu of ticket options
• Work and assist in box office operations
• Provide elite level customer service
• Game night responsibilities, including but not limited to, answering the Beloit Baseball incoming sales line, assisting with sales initiatives, organizing and working the will call table, and/or prospecting clients at the stadium
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to learn and work in flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals
• Ability to attend company events of all types
• Ability to learn in fast paced environment
• Ability to pull tarp and other manual labor tasks, part of the baseball learning experience
