Position Summary: 
The Senior Graphic Designer will support all marketing efforts through the design of creative graphic elements that maintain the continuity of the Miami Marlins brand across multiple collateral platforms, with a primary responsibility for leading the design of brand and partnership presentations.

This role requires a proactive designer who takes ownership of projects, solves problems creatively, and consistently delivers work that meets brand standards. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who communicates effectively, welcomes feedback, and thrives in a fast-paced sports/entertainment environment. Creativity, accountability, and adaptability are essential, as is the ability to drive projects forward with professionalism and attention to detail.

Essential Functions:
• Conceptualize and execute creative concepts quickly, producing high-quality work that meets project goals and brand standards under tight timelines.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, anticipating challenges, problem-solving proactively, and ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
• Support and elevate the Marlins brand by producing high-quality digital and print assets while always adhering to brand identity standards.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of brand guidelines by bringing fresh ideas, innovative design approaches, and consistent execution across all platforms.
• Provide thoughtful advice and design expertise to other members of the team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Services teammates and cross-departmental partners to translate business needs into impactful creative solutions.
• Maintain an eye for innovation in design, staying current on trends and technologies to enhance the team’s creative output.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design work across print and digital platforms.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with expert knowledge of typography, graphic design principles, and digital content creation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of accountability, reliability, and professionalism.
• Ability to receive and apply feedback effectively, aligning creative execution with business objectives.
• Familiarity with sports, live events, or entertainment industries is a plus.
