Position Overview
The Player Development Video Content Fellow captures and produces engaging video content that accelerates learning, reinforces standards, and strengthens identity across the minor league system. This role exists solely to serve players and staff by turning development into compelling visual communication that players want to watch and learn from.

Required: Video Production & Editing Experience
Candidates must have demonstrated experience creating and editing video content. While prior marketing or advertising experience is not required, applicants must possess the technical skill set to produce engaging visual materials from concept through final edit.

Developmental Video Production
● Create instructional videos tied directly to player plans and department initiatives.
● Translate technical baseball concepts into clear, engaging visual content.
● Build reusable educational video libraries for players and staff.
● Share competitive moments, standards reminders, and cultural touchpoints.

Coach Education & Content Support
● Educate coaches on best practices for filming and creating effective video content.
● Provide simple frameworks to improve clarity, structure, and engagement.

Player Storytelling & Identity Building
● Produce short-form features highlighting player journeys and growth.
● Capture authentic clubhouse & on-field moments that reinforce organizational identity.
● Elevate behaviors and standards aligned with Player Development principles.
