Compensation: $40,000–$80,000 (commensurate with experience)

Role Overview
The Minor League Manager serves in the head coaching role for our rookie level affiliate and is responsible for leading one of the most influential environments in our player development system. The Minor League Manager is not only responsible for instruction and game management, but for ensuring organizational standards are clearly defined, consistently enforced, and lived daily.

Core Responsibilities
• Lead daily practices and games with clear structure, intent, and feedback.
• Reinforce team standards aligned with organizational expectations, not your own.
• Hold players and staff accountable to behaviors, routines, and effort.
• Communicate issues openly and clearly with Player Development leadership.

Standards & Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
• Hold team standards over personal preferences.
• Enforce expectations consistently, regardless of player status, age, or background.
• Operate with urgency; encourage others to do the same.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications
• Coaching or leadership experience in a baseball or softball team environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) very strongly preferred.
• Experience working with young or developing athletes.
• Catching experience or expertise is preferred, not required.
