Ticket Sales and Services: Client Relations/Customer Service
The position will be a paid (minimum wage) 6 month long internship.

Job Summary:
The Sales & Customer Service Intern is responsible for providing support and assistance to the entire Sales Department and Customer Service team.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Servicing all ticket and group accounts
  • Creating sales proposals
  • Customer fulfillment and assisting in all aspects of renewals and new sales  
  • Assisting during games
  • Season ticket-holder events and group events
  • Maintaining excellent business relations with group leaders
  • Season ticket and premium account holders
  • Assisting with mailings to current and future ticket/group/premium account holders
  • Answering incoming calls and questions about upcoming games
  • Maintaining records of our current clients
  • Generating reports of our current and future clients as well as aiding with all group events/initiatives, sales department hospitality and guests during games.  

Qualifications:
The position requires exceptional organizational and time management skills, ability to effectively communicate with a diverse client base, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. The intern must be reliable, able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays during the baseball season.  Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
