Position Summary:
The Human Resources Intern provides administrative and project support to the HR team across a range of functional areas, including benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations. This role offers exposure to core HR processes and supports day-to-day execution while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Essential Functions:
HR Operations Support
· Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, file management, and reporting
· Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
· Assist with audits and data validation across HR systems

Recruiting and Onboarding
· Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate logistics
· Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing materials and tracking completion of new hire requirements
· Help ensure a smooth and organized new hire experience

Benefits and Employee Support
· Assist with benefits administration tasks, including tracking enrollments and responding to basic employee inquiries
· Support benefits orientation preparation and materials
· Escalate more complex issues to appropriate team members

Employee Engagement and Events
· Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events
· Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event support
· Help drive participation and ensure a positive employee experience

Game Day Responsibilities
· Participate in HR game day rotation, providing on-site support during home games
· Assist with employee related needs and engagement initiatives on game days
· Support execution of HR related activities in a fast paced, live event environment

Projects and Process Improvement
· Participate in HR projects, including data cleanup, process documentation, and research
· Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and organization within HR processes

Qualifications & Requirements:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sport Management, or related field
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
