Position Summary
The Dishwasher / Receiver supports kitchen and catering operations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization while assisting with the receiving and storage of food and supply deliveries. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-organized kitchen environment for daily service and catered events.

Essential Functions
Dishwashing & Sanitation
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dish room, kitchen floors, trash areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards
Receiving & Storage
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries for accuracy, quality, and temperature
• Assist with proper storage of food and supplies following FIFO and food safety guidelines
• Label, date, and rotate products as required
• Report damaged, missing, or spoiled items to kitchen management
General Support
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks such as trash removal, equipment cleaning, and organization
• Support prep and event breakdown as needed
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards

Skill Requirements & Experience Guidelines
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to assist in multiple areas of kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and allergen management
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

Work Environment
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Requires daily interaction with professional athletes, coaches, and staff; professionalism, discretion, and a high level of respect are essential
• Must consistently demonstrate a customer service mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, respond to feedback, and contribute to a positive clubhouse and staff environment
