The Wilmington Blue Rocks are seeking energetic, outgoing, and fan-focused individuals to join the game day Promotions Team for the 2026 season. As members of the promotions team, members help create fun, interactive, and memorable experiences for fans at the ballpark through in-game promotions, crowd engagement, and on-field entertainment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage and interact with fans to build an exciting, family-friendly ballpark atmosphere
- Execute in-game promotions, contests, and fan participation activities during inning breaks
- Support t-shirt tosses, prize giveaways, and live crowd prompts featured on the videoboard
- Assist with securing contestants, escorting guests, and maintaining safety during all on-field and in-stand activities
- Represent the Blue Rocks brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and positivity at all times
General Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be available to work the majority of Blue Rocks home games (including nights, weekends, and some holidays)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high-energy, outgoing personality
- Ability to think quickly, adapt, and improvise in front of large audiences
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced live-event environment
This is a part-time, hourly position for the 2026 baseball season.
