The Wilmington Blue Rocks seek game day parking attendants for the 2026 baseball season at Daniel S. Frawley Stadium. A parking attendant is primarily responsible for assisting customers with self-parking on all game days, traffic control, and allowing fans to safely cross roadways and intersections as they approach the ballpark on foot.
Essential Duties
- Direct customers to open parking spaces in surface lot
- Facilitate secure entry to and from handicapped/VIP lot
- Help set up/take down event parking signage
- Help customers exit parking lots safely as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to take direction and effectively follow instructions
- Must be friendly with fans
- Reliable means of transportation
Work environment
- All work is conducted outdoors and individuals will be exposed to varying types of weather, including cold, heat and rain
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and potentially loud environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays (as needed)
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
