Position: Director, Creative Services and Production
Reports to: General Manager
Summary of Position: The Director of Creative Services and Production will manage the day-to-day operations of the game day production staff of the River Bandits. Off-season responsibilities include print advertisement, sponsorship graphics, video shooting and editing, graphic design, media archiving, and managing off-site productions. In-season responsibilities include the managing of the game day production staff, organizing and executing all entertainment associated with the video & ribbon board, music system, and closed-circuit broadcast.
Major Job Duties Include but are not Limited to:
- Execution of pre-production schedule including video & audio editing and graphic design
- Execution of some off-season production including camera operation, audio & video, digital switcher, and tape operation
- Planning and coordination of assorted productions including production, direction, & securing special guests
- Edit, load, and setup game day content
- Maintaining control room equipment, ribbon board, and video board
- Shoot and edit video content for any River Bandits videos (player videos, promotional videos, intro videos, etc.)
- Create highlight packages for post-game wrap up
- Creating advertising pamphlets- Pocket schedules, ticket/group sales brochures, sponsorship sales brochures, individual sales proposals (sales support), promotional posters, etc.
- Organizing/archiving all graphics files
- Organizing proof of performance materials
- Completing all proof of performances
- Other related duties as required
Education and Experience:
· 1-2 years’ experience
· Able to supervise employees
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Technically proficient with MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Video Editing, Website Design

· Able to work independently and in a team environment
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· 40 hours per week in the off season
· 70-80 hours per week during the season
