Pay Range:                    $19.19/hour*

*Compensation rates vary based on job-related factors, including experience, job skills, education, and training.

The Retail Lead will be responsible for managing and oversee staff in their assigned location by assigning zones, scheduling breaks and lunches accordingly, assisting with great customer service, receiving merchandise into location, ensuring locations are maintained, stocked and organized. Training new staff when needed. Communicating promos and other important information from management to staff. In addition, Lead will be responsible for picking up currency and returning at the end of the shift as well as meeting daily UPT (units per transaction)  and ADS (average dollar sale) goal.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for picking up the key
  • Meet daily UPT (units per transaction) and ADS (average dollar sale) goal
  • Receive merchandise
  • Customizing Jerseys and training
  • Stock merchandise
  • Open and close cash drawers
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain organization of assigned retail location
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • One year prior retail experience is preferred
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Bilingual skill set a plus
  • Knowledge of baseball a plus
