The Promotions and Procurement Team within the Los Angeles Dodgers Marketing Department brings the Dodgers' famous giveaway and ticket pack items to life! These items are a big part of our business, helping drive ticket sales and keeping the Dodgers' attendance at the top of professional sports. From ideating new items, to the ordering process, managing manufacturing and delivery logistics, implementing creative and responding to different department needs, this position is the definition of the term 'concept to completion'!

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Draft, track and maintain legal documents/custom clearance documents (every promotional item produced needs a legal document before the start of production)
  • Be in contact with every department necessary for approvals of promotional items (Executive approval, Design approval, Legal approval, Sponsor approval)
  • Maintain and update Excel trackers for all different giveaways
  • Work with Stadium Operations for delivery communications
  • Maintain promotional item storage closet
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

 

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Be organized
  • Able to work on different projects at the same time
  • Positive attitude
  • Current student with a graduation date of December 2025/January 2026 OR within one year post graduation
  • Graduated from undergrad or graduate school, with no more than a 2-year gap between undergraduate graduation and the start of graduate school
  • Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program from March to August 2026
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Passionate about working for a professional sports team
  • Proactive and out of the box thinking

 

This program consists of 80% in-department work, 15% cross-functional project experience, and 5% additional programming. Fellows collaborate on real business projects in small cross-functional groups while gaining hands-on, department-specific experience under a dedicated manager. The program is 100% in-person/onsite.
