Los Angeles Dodgers Productions works within the Marketing & Broadcasting Department and handles the in-house production needs of the organization. Those needs include in-game entertainment, television commercials in English and Spanish, community event coverage, internal projects, and assisting with marketing and social media assets.

 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist and contribute to various projects in the Los Angeles Dodgers Productions workflow
  • Support hands on pre-production projects (working with lights and production equipment), to video editing and cutting recaps from various shoots
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Candidates are required to submit a demo reel or work samples with their application
  • Motivated, self-starter, who can produce, shoot, and edit an event from start to finish
  • Prior experience in video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, camera work, and pre- and post-production
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Must be detailed-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments and projects under pressure
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience working Sony Fs7, Fs5, Fx6, Fx3 and A7siii camera's is preferred
  • Knowledge of how to operate DJI ronin stabilizer equipment
  • Current student with a graduation date of December 2025/January 2026 OR within one year post graduation
  • Graduated from undergrad or graduate school, with no more than a 2-year gap between undergraduate graduation and the start of graduate school
  • Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program from March to August 2026
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Passionate about working for a professional sports team
  • Proactive and out of the box thinking

This program consists of 80% in-department work, 15% cross-functional project experience, and 5% additional programming. Fellows collaborate on real business projects in small cross-functional groups while gaining hands-on, department-specific experience under a dedicated manager. The program is 100% in person/onsite
