The Los Angeles Dodgers Information Technology Department is seeking to hire a detail-driven and highly motivated individual in the capacity of IT Service Desk Fellow. Our team excels at delivering outstanding service and assistance to our organization, fans and community. This position will support, develop and maintain applications pertaining to the business needs of the organization. We are looking for an individual who seeks out solutions against a wide array of challenges and can adapt to an ever-changing landscape of modern frameworks and platforms.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Triage and respond to service desk tickets
  • Troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues occurring throughout the business
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

 

  • Previous customer service experience required, retail or food services
  • Technical knowledge of computer hardware and software for Windows and macOS preferred
  • Previous Service Desk or IT Support experience in person or call center a plus
  • Previous computer technology training or schooling, i.e. CompTIA or Cisco Certifications a plus
  • Current student with a graduation date of December 2025/January 2026 OR within one year post graduation
  • Graduated from undergrad or graduate school, with no more than a 2-year gap between undergraduate graduation and the start of graduate school
  • Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program from March to August 2026
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Passionate about working for a professional sports team
  • Proactive and out of the box thinking

 

This program consists of 80% in-department work, 15% cross-functional project experience, and 5% additional programming. Fellows collaborate on real business projects in small cross-functional groups while gaining hands-on, department-specific experience under a dedicated manager. The program is 100% in-person/onsite.
