ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the warehouse lead with coordinating all daily warehousing activities
- Ensures that all standard policies and procedures are being followed by warehouse personnel
- Assist in controlling the process of receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping
- Assist with organizing, planning and coordinating, facilitating and managing physical inventory and storage area
- Assist with Monitoring performance and productivity of warehouse personnel
- Assist in training warehouse personnel, and assigning workload
- Assist in paper organization
- Responsible for timely delivery of goods and transfers to point of sale locations
- Ensures all products is properly identified, ticketed and updated into the POS system
- Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Oversee warehouse maintenance and conditions
- Performs other duties assigned
BASIC REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma, GED, or its equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years of warehouse operation experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communicating skills
- Comfortable using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts. etc.
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
- Counterpoint software experience is a plus
- Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
