Job Title: Outfield Experience Attendant                              

Job Summary: The responsibility of the Outfield Experience Staff is to safely operate all attractions effectively and courteously, placing full attention on the satisfaction and safety of all fans visiting the Outfield Experience.  The ideal employee is outgoing, good with children, and can consistently provide a fun experience for all guests.

Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
·         Safely operate all the attractions 
·         Be “aggressively friendly” to all guests 
·         Interact with fans, encourage play 
·         Be prepared to listen to guests & help address any concerns they may have 
·         Seek out opportunities to talk with guests & get to know season ticket members 
·         Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements: 
·         Ability to lift items weighing as much as 15 pounds 
·         Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times
·         Must be comfortable walking to navigate the facility to access the office, concourse, etc.
·         Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as required by deadlines and event scheduling

The employee frequently is required to sit for long periods of time; walk; use hands, handle, or feel.

This role is a Part-Time, Non-Exempt opportunity that is not eligible for Company Benefits, 401K, and PTO. The schedule for this position is dependent on our team schedule and is subject to change.
