Job Title: Assistant Toll Gate Supervisor                                      

Job Summary: Assist the Tollgate Supervisor with the entire tollgate process and make sure vehicles are entering the Kauffman Stadium/Truman Sports Complex in an efficient and quick manner.

Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
·       Enforce approved tollgate procedures to staff, including proper collection of credit card transactions.  

·       Help schedule Tollgate Operators staff for each game day

·       Ensure Guest Service Program is implemented.

·       Be constantly aware of surroundings

·       Be alert to guests needing first aid, transportation or parking pass assistance

·       Help set up and remove tollbooth equipment between events

·       Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
·       Must be able to stand for long periods of time. 

·       Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. 

·       Must be able to operate an electronic scanning device. 

·       Must be able to work all Royals home games 

·       Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

·       Must be reliable and be able to follow specific job duties.

·       Must be at least 18 years old.

·       Must undergo and pass a background check. 

Physical Requirements: 
·       Ability to lift items weighing as much as 15 pounds 
·       Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times
·       Specific vision abilities include close vision and ability to adjust focus
·       Must be comfortable walking to navigate the facility to access the office, concourse, between booths, etc.
·       Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as required by deadlines and event scheduling
