Job Description:
- Manage assigned section of seats at NBT Bank Stadium during Syracuse Mets Home games & extra events
- Check the tickets of all guests as they enter your assigned section
- Wipe off dirty or wet seats in assigned section before each event begins
- Assist fans in finding their seats by checking tickets
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Provide excellent customer service to guests at NBT Bank Stadium
- Answer questions to the best of your ability or help find the answer
- Provide directions to different locations around NBT Bank Stadium
- Provide assistance for any other need that may arise
- Assist in all other duties as needed
- Rate of pay: $17.36/hour
*Ushers are part of the Local 200 union at NBT Bank Stadium – if ushers are members of the Local 200 union, $12.65/month will be deducted from paycheck to cover union dues - if ushers are not members of the Local 200 union, $3/day worked will be deducted from paycheck to cover union fees. Non-members are welcome to join the Local 200 union, the opportunity to join will be given to all hired ushers!
