Job Description:
- Manage entry/exit gates at NBT Bank Stadium for Syracuse Mets home games & other ticketed events
- Use ticket scanners to verify tickets of fans entering NBT Bank Stadium upon entry
- Inform fans that there is a no re-entry policy upon exit
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Provide excellent customer service to guests at NBT Bank Stadium
- Answer questions to the best of your ability or help find the answer
- Provide directions to different locations around NBT Bank Stadium
- Provide assistance for any other need that may arise
- Assist in all other duties as needed
- Rate of pay: $17.36
*Ticket Takers are part of the Local 200 union at NBT Bank Stadium – if Ticket Takers are members of the Local 200 union, $12.65/month will be deducted from paycheck to cover union dues - if Ticket Takers are not members of the Local 200 union, $3/day worked will be deducted from paycheck to cover union fees. Non-members are welcome to join the Local 200 union, the opportunity to join will be given to all hired Ticket Takers!
