- Provide excellent customer service to fans at NBT Bank Stadium for Syracuse Mets home games & extra events
- Greet fans upon entry
- Hand out programs, gate giveaways, etc. for select games
- Answer questions and help fans find locations around NBT Bank Stadium
- Assist on-field host in finding contestants for on-field games, managing contestants & ensuring they are prepared for their event
- Prepare for each promotional event as scheduled, including making sure the team has necessary props, contestants, prizes, etc.
- Must have excellent time management, communication & organizational skills
- Must work well as a team
- Must be comfortable in a fluid, fast-paced environment
- Responsible for engaging with fans to create a fun, silly environment for fans to enjoy
- Be comfortable dancing on dugouts
- Hype up the crowd for big moments
- Wear costumes for Mascot Race, T-shirt Toss, etc.
- Provide assistance to Mascot, Scooch, as needed
- Assist in all other duties as assigned
- Must be available to work select nights & weekends from August 19 - September 14, 2025
