Job Description:
- Work in the Syracuse Mets Team store
- Daytime hours
- Syracuse Mets home games & extra events
- Assist guests shopping in the Syracuse Mets Team Store
- Answer questions about inventory
- Answer questions about styles, sizing, etc.
- Help guests find items, styles, sizes, etc.
- Must be comfortable using computer-based POS system
- Must be comfortable making change
- Provide excellent customer service to guests at NBT Bank Stadium
- Answer questions to the best of your ability or help find the answer
- Provide directions to different locations around NBT Bank Stadium
- Provide assistance for any other need that may arise
- Assist in all other duties as needed
- Rate of pay: $16.50/hour
