Job Description:
- Marketing Representatives will man the Syracuse Mets marketing table to greet & inform fans about:
- Syracuse Mets Rewards Program & app
- Assist fans in troubleshooting app questions and problems
- Assist fans with rewards redemption & prize pick up
- Assist fans in signing up for Syracuse Mets Rewards & explain benefits, rewards process, etc.
- Promote Syracuse Mets brand, events, games, promotions & more to fans at NBT Bank Stadium or at off-site events
- Manage the Syracuse Mets prize wheel & prizes
- Provide excellent customer service to fans at NBT Bank Stadium for Syracuse Mets home games
- Assist in all other duties as assigned
- Rate of pay: $16.50/hour
