Job Description:
- Assist guests entering the NBT Bank Stadium parking lots for Syracuse Mets home games & extra events
- Direct guests to best available parking spaces to help maintain a well-parked lot
- Keep flow of traffic moving consistently & fill parking lot in most efficient way
- Event Parking Attendants are expected to stay for the duration of the game & upon exit, assist guests leaving by directing cars to exits & keep flow of traffic moving to maintain safety
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Provide excellent customer service to guests at NBT Bank Stadium
- Answer questions to the best of your ability or help find the answer
- Provide directions to different locations around NBT Bank Stadium
- Provide assistance for any other need that may arise
- Assist in all other duties as needed
- Rate of pay: $17.36/hour
*Event Parking Attendants are part of the Local 200 union at NBT Bank Stadium – if Event Parking Attendants are members of the Local 200 union, $12.65/month will be deducted from paycheck to cover union dues - if Event Parking Attendants are not members of the Local 200 union, $3/day worked will be deducted from paycheck to cover union fees. Non-members are welcome to join the Local 200 union, the opportunity to join will be given to all hired Event Parking Attendants!
