- Supervise & manage the 1st & 3rd Base Berms, respectfully, at NBT Bank Stadium during Syracuse Mets home games & extra events
- Ensure the safety of all fans enjoying the berms during Syracuse Mets events by enforcing the rules and regulations of the berm areas
- Able to communicate with children & parents and with fans of all ages in a way that is impactful but kind & respectful
- Able to speak comfortably with parents about their children & communicating issues about their children in a way that is calm, compassionate and relatable to our rules
- Must be able to exercise judgment when dealing with younger fans & know how to best approach a situation based on age
- Must enjoy working with children of all ages
- Teachers, day care employees, Nannys, etc. preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- All other duties as assigned
- Rate of pay: $18/hour
