Our goal is to be recognized as the best operation in minor league baseball at everything we do. This starts delivering the experience possible for our visiting teams to the extent that they travel the league sharing how well they were taken care of while visiting St. Paul.
The clubhouse provides the focal point and ‘heart’ of a baseball club. It often determines the way a player develops and the level of success he has both on and off the field. A well managed clubhouse offers a multi-functional facility, from providing a meeting room to acting as a second home to the players. It is a vital role of the Visiting Clubhouse Manager to provide maximum customer service to our visiting team players, coaches, athletic training and strength staff. This individual will be directly responsible for the visiting home clubhouse needs, but will also be responsible for supervising the umpires’ locker services. This individual must be willing to work long, non-traditional hours while maintaining a level headed, thick skinned, detail oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
We are looking for enthusiastic Visiting Clubhouse Manager to provide excellent customer service to our visiting players. Visiting Clubhouse Manager is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the visiting clubhouse. The Clubhouse Manager will be responsible for fulfilling team needs including laundry, uniform inventory and maintenance, clubhouse appearance and cleanliness, player meal coordination and equipment inventory and management. The Clubhouse Manager reports directly to the Director of Stadium Operations and is responsible for training any hourly clubhouse staff.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Previous sports experience a plus, but not required
- Prior experience in collegiate or professional sports clubhouse management preferred
General Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25lbs up to 100 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 5+ hours during a game
- Ability to work long hours, weekends & holidays
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, humidity and heat
