The St. Paul Saints are the Triple-A Affiliate of the Minnesota Twins.  This nationally recognized franchise is known for creativity, innovation, customer service and development of talent.  The Saints, in their 31st year of business, operate CHS Field, the award-winning facility in Lowertown, Saint Paul.  

 
Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator role with the St. Paul Saints is a great opportunity to begin your career in sports and entertainment marketing and promotions. This position will provide hands-on experience in supporting the team’s marketing, promotions, and community outreach efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with social media, digital content, in-game promotions, and grassroots marketing, helping create memorable experiences for our fans both inside and outside the ballpark.
 
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Off-Season / Non-Game Days
·       Assist with creating and scheduling content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and the team website.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives tied directly to revenue growth, including: Season ticket campaigns, Single-game ticket initiatives, Group and fundraising programs, Premium and hospitality products, and Sponsorship marketing deliverables and fulfillment support
·       Support the design and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and promotional graphics.
·       Help organize community appearances, grassroots marketing initiatives, and special events.
·       Assist in coordinating promotional campaigns and sponsorship activations.
·       Maintain calendars, files, and marketing assets to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
·       Provide general administrative support to the Marketing department as needed.
·       Find new strategic partnerships and marketing opportunities while also helping to support partnerships.

·       Aid in supervising the marketing budget and allocation of funds to various partners

Game Days
·       Assist with the execution of in-game promotions, theme nights, and fan engagement activities.
·       Support sponsor activations by preparing materials, distributing giveaways, and assisting with contests.
·       Capture photos, videos, and fan content for social media and marketing use.
·       Provide hands-on support for the entertainment team to ensure fans have a great game-day experience.
 
Minimum Requirements:
·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field (or working toward completion), OR relevant internship/volunteer experience.
·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·       Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
·       Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
·       A positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
·       Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
