TITLE: Box Office Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Ticket Operations
REPORTS TO: Director of Ticket Operations
STATUS: Seasonal, Temporary, Hourly
PAY RATE: Minimum Wage
The Box Office Assistant will assist the Tides front office staff in managing the box office at Harbor Park, providing exceptional customer service to all fans at the ticket window. The Box Office Assistant will leverage their passion for sports, entertainment, and customer service to enhance and drive the front-line fan experience at Harbor Park. Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Responsible for daily Box Office activities
- Maintain daily ticket office accounting records, balance and deposit all ticket monies daily
- Provide an effective working relationship with other departments
- The position requires minor lifting and handling of heavy/large objects
- Maintains an awareness of all policies, promotions, advertisements and offers
- Additional duties and game day responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Education/Experience:
- Must be flexible and responsive to a fast-paced, high demand environment
- Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred
