The Nashville Sounds are currently seeking a talented professional to join our team in the position of Partnership Activation Assistant for the 2026 season. This individual will actively assist with all aspects associated with the implementation, development, and retention of corporate partners at First Horizon Park.
 
This is a seasonal, hourly position starting in January-February 2026. Role ends September-October 2026. 
 
 Job Summary/Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Partnership Activation and Partnership Activation Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Partnerships Department. 
  • Provide support in scheduling, execution, tracking, and reporting of all corporate partner contractual elements, including traditional media assets (e.g. radio, print, signage), in-game promotions, social media, activation, giveaways, hospitality, etc. 
  • Maintain organized & accurate partnership records, assist in scheduling of sponsorship assets, and serve as an on-site representative for corporate partners during events and game days. 
  • Capture and organize proof of performance pictures for all partnership assets for use in recap materials, partnership reporting, and sales presentations. 
  • Assist in developing individualized mid-season and end-of-season recap presentations for partners. 
  • Lead on-site coordination, and execution of special game day events, including tabling activations, group outings, and sponsored giveaways. 
  • Provide outstanding customer service and hospitality to existing and prospective partners, ensuring that contractual obligations are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Utilize KORE software to track, document, and upload proof of performance pictures for all league-wide MiLB partnerships. 
 

Desired Characteristics

  • Bachelor's Degree or in progress - preferably in business, sports management, or related field
  • Sports experience is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; can prioritize work activities; uses time efficiently
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Accountable for actions/decisions and does not make excuses
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to navigate the stadium to visit clients during home games and escort potential customers on stadium tours
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
