Job Purpose 
The Nashville Sounds are looking for enthusiastic, driven, and energetic individuals to join our sales staff to contribute to revenue goals through the sales of group and season tickets. To reach those goals, Inside Sales Representatives will be expected to prospect, make cold calls, meet face to face, and work tabling events. 

The main function of this position is to generate revenue through Season Ticket Memberships, Group Tickets, and Hospitality. 

This program is designed to help you get your foot in the door and to develop future leaders in the industry, and we are committed to preparing you to take the next step in your career. This position is a seasonal, hourly paid job including benefit options and paid time off.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Make 50+ outbound calls per day from provided leads and individual prospecting.
  • Generate revenue and FSE's through the selling of full, half and partial ticket memberships.
  • Contribute to the sales team goals for group ticket revenue and attendance growth.
  • Develop new leads through cold calling, in-person meetings, networking and prospecting.
  • Cultivate both B2B and B2C conversations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate notes through HubSpot CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Actively research and prosect new clients and organizations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all existing and potential clients.
  • Work games, nights, weekends and holidays as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time, seasonal, in-office position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. The role will begin in January and continue through the entirety of the baseball season.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in sales or sports industry is not required. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) 
  •  Strong written and oral communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
