Position Overview:
The Control Room Replay Operator will be responsible for supporting and executing the playback of all live in-game content and highlights within the First Horizon Park footprint for all Nashville Sounds home games during the 2026 season. This individual will collaborate with the Event Production Manager to ensure effective, accurate and entertaining content.
This position’s duties include, but are not limited to:
- Operate Ross Mira replay systems for broadcast and in-house videoboard playback
- Provide replay clips quickly and accurately upon request from the Event Production Manager or Technical Director
- Create curated highlight packages for use through Nashville Sounds home games
- Record each Nashville Sounds home game and export clips at the conclusion of the event
- Ensure the proper execution of scripted visual elements for pregame, in-game, and postgame segments
- Responsible for pregame preparation of in-game and inning break content
- Troubleshoot technical and/or other practical issues that may arise
- Be responsive to direction in live event setting
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Maintain focus in high-profile and high-leverage situations
Qualifications and Requirements
- Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays from March to September
- Ability to work in a team environment while adhering to directions and guidelines from a supervisor
- Previous experience working in video production or similar technical field
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and organizational skills
- Must be reliable, detail oriented, well organized, and self-motivated
- Proficient in Ross video and other broadcast systems
- General knowledge of baseball is preferred but not required
