Position Overview:
The Control Room Graphics Operator will be responsible for supporting and executing graphic and video production needs within the First Horizon Park footprint for all Nashville Sounds home games during the 2026 season. This individual will collaborate with the Event Production Manager to ensure effective, accurate and entertaining content.
This position’s duties include, but are not limited to:
- Operate Ross XPression software as outlined in the event script
- Playback CG graphics and/or video elements for the broadcast and in-house videoboard feed
- Ensure the proper execution of scripted visual elements for pregame, in-game, and postgame segments
- Responsible for pregame preparation of in-game and inning break content
- Troubleshoot technical and/or other practical issues that may arise
- Be responsive to direction in live event setting
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Maintain focus in high-profile and high-leverage situations
Qualifications and Requirements
- Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays from March to September
- Ability to work in a team environment while adhering to directions and guidelines from a supervisor
- Previous experience working in video production or similar technical field
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and organizational skills
- Must be reliable, detail oriented, well organized, and self-motivated
- Proficient in Ross video and other broadcast systems
- General knowledge of baseball is preferred but not required
