Position Summary:
The Nashville Sounds are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic sales professional to join our ticket sales team and contribute to the continued success of our organization. In our fast-paced, competitive, and fun work environment, we're looking for a sales-driven individual who is eager to be part of something special while advancing their career in the sports industry.
The Account Executive will play a key role in generating new business by prospecting, networking, and making consistent outbound sales efforts. This role focuses on selling Season Ticket Memberships, Premium Hospitality packages, and Group Outings.
We value open communication and encourage team members to share creative ideas to boost ticket sales and enhance the overall fan experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Contribute to the sales team growth in all ticket revenue categories
· Develop new leads through prospecting, cold calling, in-person appointments, networking events, and social media connections
· Sell new group outings and season ticket memberships
· Maintain accurate notes through HubSpot CRM software for leads and sales tracking
· Provide excellent customer service to all existing and potential clients
· Participate in strategic planning for sales goals and objectives
· Work games, nights, weekends and holidays as assigned
· Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· 1-2 years of prior experience in sales or sports industry is preferred
· Ticketmaster Archtics and HubSpot CRM experience is preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Strong written and oral communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
· Ability to work flexible schedule
