The Memphis Redbirds are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Promo Team. These individuals will play a pivotal role in enhancing the fan experience and providing top tier entertainment for fans each time they visit AutoZone Park.
Job Summary:
Promo Team Member duties include, but are not limited to, fan interaction, and executing premium ballpark experiences live in the stands, on ballpark concourses, and are often shown on the stadium video board.
We are seeking dynamic, well-spoken and talented individuals with drive and dedication to create a family-friendly atmosphere and interactive experience for our fans. You will have a visible role as a performer and ambassador of the Memphis Redbirds adding a more personal touch to games.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment
- Electronic and computer proficiency
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean & professional appearance
Duties:
- Supervising and executing all pregame and inning-break fan activations and live shots
- Selecting participants and ensuring that they have a positive experience
- Running fun games in the plaza to boost fan experience outside the stadium during pregame
- Facilitating the distribution of stadium-wide giveaways
- Setting up Plaza inflatables and activities
